Ilayathalapathy Vijay after finishing the project “Vettaikaaran” without any break begins his next flick named “Sura”. If you had a good memory think of what Vijay said a year before that “he was keen to remake the Mohan Lal’s Malayalam flick “Chotta Mumbai”. According to a close source the movie is visualized in the coastal areas of Kerala. The movie script suggests it would have two actresses in which Actress Tamanna will be leading the pair with our Ilayathalapathy Vijay and another heroineis not yet confirmed. Still the storyline of the movie was kept secret by the entire crew of the film.Vijay has commenced shooting for his 50th film 'Sura' in Kerala. The movie is directed by S P Raajkumar and produced by Sangili Murugan.
Interestingly, it was Sangili Murugan who had produced the actor’s blockbuster 'Kadhalukku Mariyadhai' a decade ago.Raajkumar, who directed a couple of comedy capers ('En Purushan Kuzhandhai Madhiri' and 'Ponmanam') earlier, recently churned out 'Azhagarmalai' starring RK.Tamannah plays the ladylove of Vijay in the movie which has Vadivelu in it. Manisharma has been roped in to score the music. The movie features Vijay playing the role of a fisherman, according to reliable sources.
The producers of the movie and Vijay has planeed to complete the movie shooting before march 2010 and to release the film on Vijay birthday on June 22, 2010.
